Key Responsibilities:
- Test Automation & Framework Development: Strong Java development skills with experience designing scalable automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber, Gherkin, XPath, and reusable automation components.
- Azure DevOps & CI/CD: Experience implementing cloud-native and continuous test automation within Azure DevOps/CI/CD, including Azure Pipelines, Jenkins or Bamboo, Maven, and repositories such as Azure Repos, GitHub or Bitbucket.
- Web, API & Mainframe Automation: Experience developing automated functional, regression, and system tests across web, client/server, and mainframe platforms, including SOA, SOAP and REST APIs.
- Agile & Test Engineering: Strong Agile/DevOps experience, including continuous testing, keyword/data-driven and behavior-driven automation, and test management tools such as Azure Test Plans, Jira, and Micro Focus ALM/Octane.
*This role may require travel to Vienna, VA once monthly*
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years experience in Test Automation using Selenium
- Experience in Azure DevOps & CI/CD
- HS Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Playwright, Postman, multiple test automation tools, frameworks and patterns, including evaluating new tools and conducting proofs of concept (POCs).
- Experience developing YAML-based Azure Pipelines, CI/CD scripting, and using IntelliJ and/or Visual Studio Code.
- Experience with databases, preferably Microsoft SQL Server.
- ASTQB CTFL or CTAL-TAE certification and/or a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Working knowledge of banking/financial industry standards and practices.
