Our hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. This position will be located in Carlisle, PA. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.Primary Purpose:This role is responsible for supporting the implementation of Fixture Plans and Store Layouts, building elements, schematic phase architectural and fixture plans for New stores, Remodels, New Stores, Expansions, Acquisitions, Special Projects, Department Upgrades and Rollouts (per area of responsibility) for the Brand, utilizing and adapting data, analytics, and architectural standards as provided by the Customer Insights, Strategy, Prototype and Innovation Teams and CAD Standards. This role will also be responsible for time management and for completing tasks to facilitate timely project execution and delivery of completed project per established schedules, as well as fostering key relationships with Format, Merchandising, Operations, Purchasing, Architects and Engineers, and Construction to realize project. They will also maintain all the data and tools needed for the development of Fixture Plans (Facility Analysis, Fixtures & Equipment Library, etc.).
Duties and Responsibilities: - Responsible for time management and work within defined time parameters for completing tasks to facilitate timely project execution and delivery of completed project to the business.
- Process may involve field surveys, reviewing scope of work with Manager of Format, and revising the plan if required.
- Work with various business partners to compile merchandising and strategic recommendations and comply within a target budget.
- Support development of Fixture Plans that resolve and satisfy the requirements of the project. Process involves preparing for and attending scope meetings, revising fixture plans as necessary.
- Adapt brand prototypes. Master equipment information and custom fixtures to each particular store.
- Track project milestones and deliverables to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Track changes and issues revisions in a timely fashion.
- Collaborate with design, construction and business partners on resolving issues discovered at any time in the store development process.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of a comprehensive drawing and fixture library.
- Responsible for training Store Planners on the tools and Brand Standards.

Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Design or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of related experience
- Superior AutoCAD technical skills and proficiency
- Ability to read & interpret construction documents.
- Knowledge of Architecture and Engineering practices and standards
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Proven ability to drive significant change, achieve goals, and deliver results.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with acute attention to detail and proven ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
- General knowledge of fixtures, equipment, and operational standards.
- Highly effective communication skills including being adept at active listening, critical thinking, and ability to ask questions.
- Effective problem solving and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:- CSSP (Certified Supermarket Store Planner)
- Experience with Bluebeam
- Experience with Smart Sheet
- 3+ years leadership experience
PA Salary Range: $75,040 -$112,560
Actual compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on their unique qualifications and experience, internal equity, and market conditions. Final compensation decisions will be made in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
