Full Job Description
We are seeking a strategic, data-driven, and highly collaborative Auto Lending Strategy & Operations Lead. In this high-impact role, you will work closely with the General Manager and cross-functional leaders to shape the future of our auto lending network. You will be instrumental in driving operational excellence, empowering our lending partners, and building inclusive, scalable processes in a fast-paced fintech environment.
Responsibilities
• Actively engage with the GM and internal stakeholders to formulate and execute on the key strategic priorities.
• Build and update specific auto business dashboards to track progress against KPIs and action items.
• Own the content creation and business analysis required for key C-Suite reviews.
• Represent the GM in internal meetings, if required, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and an inclusive team culture.
• Provide insights and analysis for partnership, product, and risk teams with the goal of getting our lending partners to improve operating performance in originations and servicing.
• Research and recommend market and competitive data sources for improving Auto Lending modeling and decisioning.
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in consumer lending or consulting in FP&A / business strategy roles where the focus was working with lending operating units.
• Preference for someone with experience in early-stage / small fintech, midsized fintech, or tier 2 or 3 consulting firms. We welcome candidates from diverse professional backgrounds who can bring a fresh perspective to the team.
• High proficiency with major AI tools to drive efficiencies and analytical rigor.
• A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative environment and leads with a strong ownership mentality.
• NYC-area based - must commit to being in office 4 days a week (Monday-Thursday).
The pay ranges for New York-based hires are commensurate with candidate experience.
Pay ranges for candidates working in locations other than New York may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
Compensation Range for New York Based Hires
$150,000-$165,000 USD
