Audit Supervisor

We are currently seeking an Audit Supervisor to join our Assurance team. This position is ideal for an experienced public accounting professional who enjoys leading engagement teams, mentoring staff, building client relationships, and delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise audit, review, and other assurance engagements from planning through completion.
  • Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously while ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to professional standards.
  • Review workpapers, financial statements, reports, and other engagement deliverables for accuracy and completeness.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and technical training to staff and senior accountants.
  • Assist managers and partners with engagement planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk assessment.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional client service.
  • Research complex accounting and auditing matters and provide recommendations to engagement teams and clients.
  • Identify opportunities to improve client processes and enhance engagement effectiveness.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • CPA license preferred.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of public accounting experience in audit and assurance.
