Position Profile

Weaver is looking for an Audit Senior Manager - Financial Services. The Audit Senior Manager - Financial Services plans, supervises and reviews multiple and more complex engagements and other client assignments. They will manage staff and engagements to meet the Firm's metrics/Operating Plan. Engagements will primarily service a variety of clients within the Financial Services Industry (Alternative Investment Funds, Financial Institutions, Broker/Dealers, and others) along with periodically assisting on client engagements in other industries.

To be successful in this role, the following qualifications are required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • CPA with 7+ years of experience in or more of public accounting experience or its equivalent
  • Strong relationship management and practice development skills
  • Proven ability to manage, mentor and develop staff
  • Demonstrates independent thinking and strong decision-making skills
  • Possess technical knowledge sufficient to supervise Managers and Senior Associates in a wide variety of industries

Additionally, the following qualifications are preferred:
  • Master's degree in Accounting or related field

A reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this position is $160,000 to $200,000. Actual compensation will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, skills, certifications, and geographical location.
