  • Cultivate and expand a professional network of clients, referral sources and centers of influence, including private equity sponsors, attorneys, bankers and other intermediaries, to build a durable business development pipeline.
  • Lead strategic pursuits, personally engaging in key proposals, executive presentations and fee negotiations for significant or complex engagements.
  • Serve as a visible ambassador for the Firm in the Dallas-Fort Worth business community through thought leadership, industry involvement and community engagement.

Client Service and Technical Excellence
  • Serve as the senior relationship leader and trusted advisor for a portfolio of assurance clients across a broad range of middle-market commercial industries, with particular emphasis on private equity-backed portfolio companies.
  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality audit and assurance engagements, ensuring technical rigor, adherence to professional standards and exceptional client service throughout the engagement lifecycle.

  • Build and sustain a talent pipeline, proactively identifying, attracting and retaining high-potential professionals in advance of need.
  • Coach and sponsor the growth of managers and senior staff, supporting progression toward director and partner roles and strengthening the practice's succession bench.
  • Collaborate with the Firm's recruiting and human resources functions to design career paths, development frameworks and retention strategies that support sustainable practice growth.

Operational and Economic Performance
  • Own the economic performance of the practice, including revenue growth, realization, utilization, margin and other key performance indicators.
  • Drive operational excellence through sound engagement economics, resource and capacity planning, and disciplined quality control.
  • Drive consistency, collaboration and communication across the Assurance service line, Market Leaders, Shared Services Leaders and the Firm's advisory and industry teams in support of the broader strategic plan.

Qualifications
