ABOUT THE POSITION:

As an Audit Manager specializing in Technology & Professional Services industries at Anchin, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of Anchin's technology and professional services group. This position will be responsible for managing client assignments and projects that deliver high-quality service. In this role you will also ensure mentorship and professional success of junior team members.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop comprehensive audit plans for the technology and professional services industries, considering risks, regulations, and organizational objectives.
  • Specialize in audits, reviews, compilations, and agreed-upon procedures.
  • Lead and mentor a team of audit supervisors and seniors, providing guidance on audit methodologies, risk assessment, and best practices while fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment within the audit team.
  • Ensure the staff's professional growth and development by providing guidance and training.
  • Oversee the day-to-day activities of the audit team, guiding on technical and industry-specific issues.
  • Identify and assess risks associated with technology and professional services, considering emerging trends and industry developments.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate the effectiveness of risk mitigation strategies and control frameworks.
  • Communicate audit findings, recommendations, and risk assessments to senior management and relevant stakeholders while preparing clear and concise audit reports, highlighting areas of concern, and providing actionable recommendations.

Education:
