Audit Manager - Public Accounting (SME & Nonprofit Clients) - Hamilton, OH [Onsite/Hybrid]
This is a hands-on Audit Manager role where you will own assurance engagements for small to mid-sized businesses and nonprofits. You will lead engagement quality and delivery, advise owners and C-level executives, and develop audit professionals while building year-round client relationships.
Compensation & Benefits:
$97,000 - $114,000 / year

Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple audit and assurance engagements and manage quality, budgets, and deadlines
- Review audit work and financial reporting
- Advise owners and C-level executives and identify operational, KPI, and risk improvements
- Manage year-round client relationships and identify additional advisory opportunities
- Supervise and mentor audit staff, conduct performance reviews and training
- Improve audit processes and technology use
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of public accounting experience with an audit focus
- CPA certification
- Experience managing complex audit engagements
- Experience supervising and developing audit teams
- Experience managing client portfolios and executive relationships
- Local to Hamilton, OH - must be within 0-30 miles of 45011
Preferred:
- SME and nonprofit audit experience
- Client advisory experience
