AUDIT MANAGER

Columbus, OH

As an Audit Manager, you'll serve as the central point of coordination for multiple client engagements from planning through delivery.

You'll:
• Lead the planning, execution, and completion of multiple audit engagements from start to finish.
• Manage engagement budgets, timelines, staffing, and overall project performance while ensuring exceptional client service.
• Build trusted client relationships by identifying risks, solving problems, and delivering practical business-oriented recommendations.
• Review workpapers, financial statements, and engagement deliverables to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance.
• Coach, mentor, and develop audit professionals while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and growth.
• Partner with firm leadership to support practice development, strengthen community relationships, and identify opportunities to expand client services.

What Will Make You Successful

We're seeking someone who combines technical expertise with leadership ability and business acumen.

Successful candidates typically bring:
• 6+ years of audit experience, preferably within public accounting.
• Proven ability to lead multiple engagements from planning through delivery.
• Strong client-facing skills and the confidence to interact with executives, business owners, and firm leadership.
• Experience developing and mentoring staff while building high-performing teams.
• Exceptional organizational, project management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field; CPA preferred but not required.
