What you'd be doing • Getting to know how each firm runs its audits, then helping them set up and start using Clark • Working with partners, managers, and staff to rethink parts of their workflow now that some of the fieldwork is automated • Holding weekly check-ins with your firms and helping with pilots when we release something new • Writing up problems customers run into as Linear issues and following them until they're fixed • Sitting down with Product and Engineering to figure out what to build next • Improving how we onboard new firms as we grow
Who we're looking for • At least 3 years of audit experience. Big 4 or a Top 25 firm is ideal • A CPA is a plus • You know audit methodology well and understand how engagement teams actually get the work
done • You're comfortable managing a few customer relationships at the same time • You're interested in technology and want to see what AI can do for audit
It helps if you've used audit software or tools like Alteryx, Power BI, or SQL, worked on an innovation project at your firm, or done implementation or consulting work. You don't need to have worked at a startup before.
The details
We work in the office in NYC five days a week. It's a startup, so the hours are long and things move quickly. There's no hierarchy here; everyone builds things and owns their results.
