Attorney - Real Estate Transactional

SSP Law Co. LPA is seeking a motivated attorney to join its growing Real Estate Transactions practice in the firm's Hyde Park office in Cincinnati, Ohio. We are looking for an attorney who is eager to work closely with clients, handle sophisticated transactional matters, and play an active role in building a thriving practice.

Attorneys who are proactive, business-minded, and committed to exceptional client service will find meaningful opportunities for professional growth and advancement.

Candidates must possess strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services to the firm's clients. The ideal candidate will be motivated to grow their practice and contribute to the continued success of the firm.

Required Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Ohio
  • 2-8 years of legal experience in real estate transactions
  • Strong academic credentials and excellent communication skills
  • Exceptional analytical, writing, and legal research skills
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality legal services and maintaining a client-first approach
  • Interest in business development and growing a legal practice

Preferred Experience and Knowledge in Real Estate Transactions including:
  • Business entity formation, selection, and structuring
  • Contract drafting, review, and negotiation
  • Drafting corporate documents for complex business transactions
  • Commercial and retail leasing, including drafting, review, negotiation, and interpretation of lease agreements
  • Real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and title matters
  • Review and analysis of ALTA surveys, title commitments, title policies, and other due diligence materials
  • Real estate title review and closing experience
  • Commercial finance and lending transactions, including borrower and/or lender representation
  • Partnerships, mergers, and acquisitions
