Responsibilities

• Develop legal strategies based on client files and medical records.
• Draft and file VA appeals, legal briefs, and motions.
• Represent veterans in hearings before the BVA and VA regional offices.
• Collaborate effectively with case managers and paralegals.
• Track all case deadlines and progress using Prevail.
