You will configure and extend Jira and Confluence, automate workflows, and build integrations so that teams across technology, quality engineering, and program management have consistent, reliable, real-time visibility into their work.

Requirements
Design, configure, and maintain Jira projects, workflows, issue types, custom fields, and schemes that align with enterprise Agile and SAFe practices
Build and maintain Jira automation rules and ScriptRunner scripts to eliminate manual effort and enforce process consistency
Develop and manage Confluence spaces, templates, macros, and page structures for documentation, knowledge sharing, and program reporting
Create dashboards, filters, and reports (JQL, eazyBI, or BI tools) that give program managers and leadership real-time status, risk, and dependency visibility
Develop integrations between Jira/Confluence and other platforms (CI/CD, test management, ITSM, collaboration tools) using REST APIs and webhooks
Administer permissions, user groups, and governance standards to keep access secure and compliant
Gather requirements from Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Program Managers, and QA leads, and deliver scalable configuration solutions
Support migrations, upgrades, plugin evaluations, and performance tuning of the Atlassian environment
Troubleshoot and resolve user issues, and provide training, documentation, and best-practice guidance to teams
Maintain configuration documentation, change logs, and release notes for all Atlassian changes
Partner with cross-functional and vendor teams to standardize tooling and reporting across programs
