Scale Sales Teams is expanding its Atlanta, GA city team and is looking for a full-time sales professional who can guide qualified prospects through thoughtful business conversations. This is a fully remote Sales position built for someone who communicates clearly, listens carefully, follows a process, and takes ownership of moving legitimate opportunities forward.
Why This Role Exists
The sales infrastructure is already in place. Scale Sales Teams has established prospecting systems, appointment infrastructure, sales frameworks, AI-assisted client-acquisition methods, and ongoing support. That means your job is not to build an acquisition engine from scratch. Your focus is to execute well inside an existing system and make the most of scheduled prospect conversations.
You will spend your time understanding what a prospective client is trying to solve, asking useful questions, identifying whether there is a real fit, explaining relevant solutions, handling concerns professionally, following up when appropriate, and keeping the pipeline organized.
What You'll Handle
- Lead sales conversations through Zoom and phone
- Learn about each prospect's business, goals, obstacles, and current situation
- Qualify opportunities based on need, fit, and readiness
- Explain appropriate solutions clearly to qualified prospects
- Respond to objections and questions in a professional way
- Follow up with active opportunities when the conversation requires it
- Maintain accurate CRM notes, pipeline information, and communication history
- Work within established sales frameworks rather than improvising an entirely new process
- Contribute to individual and team performance objectives
- Manage your communication and pipeline activity with consistency
The Environment You're Stepping Into
This role is designed around execution. Lead-generation infrastructure, appointment systems, sales processes, and AI-supported prospecting methods are already established. You will also have access to pre-scheduled qualified appointments and ongoing support.
Because the operating foundation is already built, strong performance comes from the human parts of selling: listening well, diagnosing problems, building trust, asking better questions, communicating clearly, working through concerns, and helping the right prospects make informed decisions.
What Experience Can Translate Well
Experience in sales, closing, appointment setting, or business development can all be relevant. You should be comfortable speaking with prospects remotely, using Zoom and phone, and following an established process without sounding robotic.
The team values communication, accountability, coachability, work ethic, competitiveness, and a performance-focused mindset. You should be able to stay productive while working remotely, take responsibility for follow-up and pipeline management, and improve through coaching, repetition, and feedback.
Prior remote sales experience can be useful, but it is not the only factor considered.
Applicants may be based in the United States or internationally.
