Job Requirements POSITION: : ATE Test Development Engineer We are seeking a highly experienced Semiconductor Test Development Engineer with deep expertise in mixed-signal and high-precision analog device testing. The successful candidate will develop, debug, optimize, and support production test solutions using the Teradyne J750 platform with the CTO option.
Required Qualifications- 15+ years of semiconductor test-development experience
- Extensive hands-on experience with the Teradyne J750 ATE platform
- Practical experience using the J750 CTO option
- Strong mixed-signal test-development experience, particularly with high-precision analog devices
- Proficiency in Visual Basic, C++, scripting languages, and firmware development
- Experience developing, debugging, characterizing, and optimizing semiconductor test programs
- Strong knowledge of test methodologies, measurement accuracy, test coverage, correlation, and production test requirements
- Ability to diagnose complex hardware, software, and device-related test issues
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must possess or be able to obtain a visa permitting business travel to the United States
Preferred Experience- Test-time optimization and yield improvement
- Device characterization and production-test correlation
- Debugging test hardware, load boards, and device interface boards
- Supporting test-program transfer and deployment across international engineering or manufacturing locations
Work Experience Pay Range:$80k - $130K
