Assurance Director - Established & Growing CPA Firm | Fresno, CABase Salary: $120,000 - $165,000+ (DOE)

What You'll Do- Lead audit engagements from planning to completion for a variety of industries, ensuring quality, compliance, and efficiency.
- Supervise, mentor, and train audit staff and seniors-fostering professional growth and accountability.
- Maintain strong client relationships built on trust, responsiveness, and insight.
- Review financial statements and related deliverables with a keen eye for accuracy and value.
- Stay current on accounting and auditing standards, ensuring best practices are consistently applied.
- Collaborate with firm leadership to improve processes, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to the firm's continued success.
What We're Looking For- CPA license required.
- 5+ years of recent audit experience in public accounting (including at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role).
- Strong technical knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and auditing standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- A positive attitude and collaborative mindset-someone who leads by example and enjoys mentoring others.
