Full Job Description
As an Associate Wellness Director LPN at Cascades of Bend, you'll provide medication management and skilled nursing procedures for residents in compliance with state regulations.

  • Maintains a current state license as a professional Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

  • Ability to work flexible hours to include evenings and weekends
