Schedule
  • FT, PT, Rotating: We offer flexible scheduling options to fit your lifestyle, including full-time, part-time, and rotating shifts.
  • Hours of Operation: Our hospital operates Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 6 PM, and Saturdays from 8 AM to 4 PM.

Cases
  • Patient mix: You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse mix of patients, ranging from routine wellness exams to complex medical cases

  • Redding, CA, a beautiful area in Northern California
  • Close to Shasta Lake, Whiskeytown Lake, Mount Lassen, and Mount Shasta

Total Rewards

As a VCA Associate, eligible full-time employees will be rewarded with a comprehensive package, including:

Compensation
  • Up to $75k signing bonus with a two-year+ commitment for doctors with 2+ years of experience!
  • We offer a relocation package for anyone interested in moving to beautiful Redding, CA!
  • The annual salary range for this position is $66,560 - $180K.
  • Salary is negotiable based on experience, skills, knowledge, abilities and other relevant credentials. The salary range listed is based on a 40-hour work week.
  • This position may also be eligible for other variable pay programs.
