Associate Veterinarian (Full-Time or Part-Time)

Practice Great Medicine. Build Meaningful Relationships. Love Where You Work.

We're looking for a full-time or part-time Associate Veterinarian who wants to practice high-quality medicine in a collaborative, supportive environment where your voice matters. Whether you're an experienced veterinarian looking for your next long-term home or a newer graduate eager to grow with mentorship, we'd love to meet you.

This is an opportunity to join a growing, independently owned practice where you'll work closely with the owner, help shape the future of the hospital, and enjoy the freedom to practice medicine the right way.

We provide a full range of medical services, including:

• Wellness and preventive care
• Surgery
• Advanced dentistry with full-mouth dental radiographs
• Internal medicine
• Digital diagnostics
• In-house laboratory and pharmacy
• House-call appointments

Our goal isn't simply to see more appointments-it's to build lasting relationships while delivering exceptional medicine with compassion, communication, and integrity.

As we continue to grow, we're working toward AAHA accreditation and Fear Free certification, investing in our team, our medicine, and the client experience every step of the way.

This is a practice where you can truly make an impact.

Because we're a growing hospital, you'll have the opportunity to help shape protocols, influence our culture, and build something you're proud to be part of.

You'll work alongside a collaborative practice owner who values teamwork, welcomes new ideas, and believes great medicine happens when everyone has a seat at the table.

Our support team is small but dedicated, allowing doctors to focus on practicing great medicine and caring for their patients.

We believe in:

• Collaborative case discussions
• Practicing high-quality medicine without unnecessary production pressure
• Treating every client with empathy and respect
• Supporting one another through the challenges of veterinary medicine
• Continuing to learn and grow together

What We're Looking For

We're searching for someone who:

• Enjoys building long-term relationships with clients
• Values teamwork and open communication
• Practices evidence-based medicine while recognizing every patient is unique
• Enjoys mentoring and learning from others
• Communicates recommendations with confidence and compassion
• Wants to be part of building a positive hospital culture
• Appreciates the human-animal bond and the role we play in strengthening it

Whether you're interested in surgery, dentistry, internal medicine, preventive care, or all of the above, we'll support your professional interests and continued development.

New Graduates Welcome

If you're a newer graduate, you'll receive mentorship, collaboration, and encouragement as you develop your confidence and clinical skills.

If you're an experienced veterinarian, you'll have the autonomy to practice medicine your way while helping shape the future direction of the hospital.

• Competitive salary based on experience
• Flexible full-time or part-time scheduling
• Paid time off
• Continuing education allowance and paid CE
• Professional dues and licensing support
• Pet care discounts
• Fear Free certification support
• Human-Animal Bond training
• Collaborative, people-first leadership
• Mental health workplace resources (CLEAR Blueprint)
