Veterinarians WantedResponsibilities- Support veterinary technicians to ensure quality veterinary care, advocate for pets, and educate clients.
- With each hospital function, assist veterinary technicians to maximize productivity and maintain positive patient flow.
- Perform routine wellness examination and procedures. At this time, we do not provide spay/neuter services; however, we do provide scheduled, routine (basic) dental cleanings on certain days of the month.
- Communicate with clients about individualized pet health concerns and offer guidance on Membership options, medications, and additional treatments.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records.
- Obtain relevant health history and information from clients and maintain medical charts.
- Use safe techniques, follow standard protocols, and help to maintain clean, sterile, organized treatment areas, exam rooms, and labs.
- Be willing to guide, mentor, and support fellow team members.
- For mobile operations, safely drive to various locations throughout Washington to set up and run mobile clinics.
RequirementsHave an active license in good standing to practice veterinary medicine in the State of Washington. Have an active DEA license in good standing.
