Picture Yourself at srcLogic:

As a new hire at srcLogic, you will take part in a 10-week comprehensive training program that focuses on developing your technical abilities and preparing you to become an essential member on one of our project teams. During our training program you will learn Pega Platform application development, Agile project methodology, and client-facing skills such as product demonstrations. You will complete training as a Pega Certified System Architect and transition onto a project, where you will work closely with the client to build a solution to meet their business needs.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and understand client business objectives and requirements
  • Design client solutions utilizing the Pega Platform within specified timeframes
  • Troubleshoot, debug and demo applications
  • Gather and evaluate client feedback
  • Recommend and execute improvements
  • Collaborate with development team members throughout sprint life cycle

Requirements

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree; engineering and technical backgrounds are a plus
  • 0-2 years' experience in a related consulting or software development position
  • Familiarity with web application development, databases, operating systems, and programming concepts/languages (JavaScript, CSS and HTML are a plus)
  • US citizenship due to contracts with US federal government
