About the roleAs an Assoctiate Supply Finance Manager you will serve as a key finance partner to plant and supply chain leadership, helping drive operational and financial performance across our manufacturing network. You will leverage financial analysis, forecasting, cost management, and business insights to support strategic decision-making, improve productivity, optimize manufacturing costs, and strengthen financial controls. This role offers broad exposure to manufacturing operations, supply chain performance, capital investments, and continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
This role is not offering VISA sponsorship or considering international movement!Your responsibilities- Partner with manufacturing, supply chain, and plant leadership teams to provide financial guidance that supports operational and business decisions.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance analysis for manufacturing operations.
- Monitor manufacturing costs, inventory, and operational performance to identify risks, opportunities, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Support capital expenditure planning, investment analysis, and financial tracking of key operational projects.
- Strengthen financial controls, governance processes, and reporting accuracy across the factory environment.
The experience we're looking for- Background in manufacturing finance, supply finance, FP&A, plant controlling, or other operational finance functions.
- Proven track record supporting manufacturing, supply chain, or plant leadership teams with financial analysis and business decision support.
- Hands-on involvement with budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance management processes.
- Demonstrated ownership of costing, inventory management, capital spending oversight, and financial control activities within a manufacturing environment.
- Success working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and cross-functional stakeholders.

US pay transparencyThe base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law.
