Target Range:$60,000.00/Yr. - $110,000.00/Yr.
Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%
Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%
These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.
About This JobThe Associate Relationship Manager (ARM) - Specialty Vehicles supports Relationship Managers in the development and management of client relationships while ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the financing process. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, dealers, vendors, and internal partners, assisting with loan originations, transaction coordination, portfolio management, and day-to-day client support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the growth and success of the Specialty Vehicles business through strong relationship management and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:- Understand customer needs and requirements through conversations with sales team, data mining and industry publications
- Submit complete and thorough credit applications
- Follow up with customers for missing application materials, credit questions, and required contract documentation
- Maintain information as well as forecasting data within internal systems
- Work effectively with all internal functional groups to facilitate and expedite communications with vendor partners and customers
- Assist sales with providing quotes to vendor partners
- Assist in gathering background information on original equipment manufacturers and their sales channel for potential new programs
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Proven inside sales experience
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
- Experience working with Excel and PowerPoint
