3-5 years of experience in insurance coverage litigation
Admitted to practice in Arizona; additional admissions are beneficial
Experience in discovery and motion practice
Familiarity with both state and federal court procedures

Responsibilities
Draft pleadings and briefs for litigation
Prepare and respond to written discovery requests

Clyde & Co has an opportunity for an insurance coverage litigation attorney with 3 - 5 years of experience. We are looking for a bright, ambitious, highly motivated lawyer with strong writing skills.
Responsibilities
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Draft pleadings and briefs;
Prepare and respond to written discovery
Prepare correspondence to colleagues and clients;
Analyze insurance policies, drafting coverage opinions and providing recommendations for clients;
Conduct legal research using Westlaw/Lexis/Nexis;
Review documents in preparation for litigation;
Attend and conduct depositions, hearings, and mediations as required;
Submit filings to the court.
Education and Experience
Admitted to practice in Arizona - additional admissions are a plus;
Discovery and Law and Motion experience;
State and Federal court experience;
Excellent academic credentials and work history.
