Job Description
We are seeking a sharp Program Manager to assist in the execution of a strategic joint venture transformation and one of the firm's most significant business and technology transformation initiatives.
This is a high-profile role accountable for delivering a large-scale front-to-back platform transformation underpinning a strategic joint venture. The successful candidate will lead execution of the program covering the rollout of trading, operations, finance, treasury, risk, compliance, and data platforms to establish the technology foundation for a new operating entity.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Technology Delivery:
Oversee the delivery, integration, migration, and deployment of front-office trading platforms, middle- and back-office systems, risk and finance platforms, data services, and supporting infrastructure required for Day 1 launch.
Drive accountability across workstream leads to ensure commitments are delivered on schedule. Partner across technology, business, control functions (e.g. audit, procurement), and external stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery and launch.
Executive Communication and Influence:
Partner with senior executives to align priorities, resolve challenges, and drive key decisions.
Provide concise and actionable reporting to Board members and senior executives, creating confidence in program execution and delivery outcomes.
Manage Risk & Drive Results:
Anticipate and address risks, issues, and dependencies before they impact delivery.
Maintain relentless focus on execution, delivery quality, and successful outcomes.
Experience & Qualifications
2-5 years leading large-scale technology transformation programs.
Experience with technology modernization, platform integration, migration, and large-scale change.
Strong understanding of technology delivery, testing, migration, implementation, and operational stabilization.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Global Markets industry experience preferred, particularly Equities.
Primary Location Full Time Salary Range of $100,000 - $130,000.
