Full Job Description
We are looking for a commercially driven Associate Product Manager to help grow and evolve our Pressure & Force product portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of industrial sensing, pricing strategy, and portfolio management, with exposure to both organic product development and acquisition-driven expansion.

You'll work directly with experienced Product Managers and cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, improve portfolio performance, and translate customer needs into actionable product decisions. This is a hands-on role designed to accelerate your development into a full Product Manager.

What You'll Do

Own defined areas of the product portfolio
  • Take responsibility for specific analyses and initiatives (e.g., pricing optimization, SKU rationalization, segment-level roadmap inputs) and drive recommendations to improve growth and profitability.

Identify growth opportunities
  • Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs to uncover and size new opportunities within the Pressure & Force sensing space.

Support portfolio strategy and execution
  • Support the development and implementation of plans to maximize revenue and profitability for existing products from product introduction, growth, maturity, decline, and end of life within the Pressure & Force portfolio.

Drive data-informed decisions
  • Monitor product performance (revenue, margin, share) and recommend actions to improve business outcomes.

Partner cross-functionally
  • Work with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations to support product launches, develop sales enablement tools, and ensure successful execution.

Engage with customers and the field
  • Gather insights through sales teams, customer interactions, and market data to inform product direction.

Contribute to M&A and portfolio expansion
  • Support due diligence and portfolio assessments for potential acquisitions and adjacent market opportunities.
