Associate Product Builder, AI Marketing

Associate Product Builder, AI Marketing

Yoke | Vancouver preferred, or anywhere in Canada | New grads and final-year students
The role

You will work with customers, prototype fast, and decide what the AI handles and what people decide. You report to our CPTO, who is also a co-founder, so you work directly with a founder from day one.
Who this is for

New grads and final-year students who are already building: a marketer, growth hacker, UGC creator, or student founder with great product taste and a habit of building with AI. You don't need a PM title or years of experience. We are not looking for traditional PM experience. AI changed how products get made, and this role is for people who learned the work in the AI era.
Your first 90 days

• Run customer sessions and find the problems worth solving.
• Ship a working prototype and test it with real users.
• Decide what the AI handles in one workflow, and what a person decides.
• Check whether people adopted it and finished their work.

What you bring

• You build with AI: tools, automations, or prototypes. You can explain what works and what doesn't.
• You have built or run a GTM workflow of any size, in Clay, n8n, Make, HubSpot, or a similar tool. A side project or student club counts.
• You talk to real users and change your mind when they surprise you.
• You have taste and can explain it: what feels wrong, why it matters, and how you would fix it.
• You have gotten something to work, such as a funnel, a campaign, a side project, or an internship.

Bonus: a view on where GTM is headed, and a Day 0 plan for what you would investigate and build first.
Show us your work

Send us one thing you built, grew, designed, or improved. Side projects, internships, class projects, and student-run funnels all count. We care about your decisions and what you learned, not how big it was. Tell us:

• What you personally owned.
• Who it was for and how you learned what they needed.
• One decision you're proud of and the evidence behind it.
• Something you learned that changed your approach.
• What you would improve next.

Also include one product experience that bothers you. Explain what you think is wrong, how you would improve it, and how you would find out whether other customers hit the same problem.
Pay and process

• Compensation: C$80,000 to C$95,000 base salary for full-time roles, plus equity.
• Process: Three rounds: a first interview, a take-home assignment capped at 3 to 4 hours, and a final interview. You will hear from us within 5 business days of each step, and the whole process takes about 2 weeks.
• Send your work through Breezy Questionnaire
