Lead the design and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components LWC Drive architectural decisions and best practices within the SalesforceArchitecture skill family Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions Oversee the development lifecycle ensuring highquality deliverables aligned with organizational standards Mentor and guide junior developers and architects in Salesforce technologies and LWC development Stay updated with the latest Salesforce platform advancements and integrate relevant features into existing solutions Participate in strategic planning to align Salesforce capabilities with business goals
Roles and Responsibilities
Architect and develop complex Salesforce applications leveraging Lightning Web Components to enhance user experience and system performance
Provide technical leadership and direction for Salesforce architecture and implementation projects
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements define solution scope and ensure alignment with business objectives
Establish and enforce coding standards best practices and governance within the Salesforce development team
Conduct code reviews performance tuning and troubleshooting to maintain system integrity and reliability
Lead efforts in integrating Salesforce with other enterprise systems and thirdparty applications
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote adoption of innovative Salesforce technologies across the organization
