ResponsibilitiesCore Responsibilities• Manage assigned cases from intake through settlement or litigation resolution
• Maintain responsibility for case progression, calendaring, scheduling, deadlines, and follow-up tasks
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, settlement demands, correspondence, and other legal documents
• Conduct legal research and analyze case-specific legal and factual issues
• Prepare for and participate in depositions, discovery, statements, negotiations, and other litigation-related activities
• Communicate regularly with clients, insurance adjusters, opposing counsel, medical providers, and other parties
Qualifications• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• Licensed and in good standing with the Maryland Bar (DC Bar admission is a plus)
• Prior experience in personal injury, workers' compensation, litigation, family law, or another client-facing practice area preferred
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and organizational skills
• Experience managing deadlines, court calendars, and active caseloads
