Take ownership of difficult technical tasks, refactors, blockers, and areas requiring deeper research or cross-team coordination.
Team Leadership and People Development
Lead a small team of developers through regular management practices, including coaching, feedback, career development, onboarding, and team support.
Mentor engineers and help them grow through code reviews, pairing, technical guidance, and opportunities aligned to their skill levels.

Planning, Delivery, and Coordination
