Job Overview:

Associate Manager, Operations VH

Waterloo, ON

Permanent, Full-Time

What you will do:
  • Oversee our delivery and warehouse teams composed of Technical, Delivery and Warehouse Associates. (7-12)
  • Ensure that all customers are receiving top level service and that service levels are met.
  • Supervise warehouse activities and ensure inventory targets are attained (i.e.: inventory values, days of inventory on hand, etc.)
  • Maintain positive staff relations through consistent and effective communication including staff meetings, weekly reviews, route rides, and one on one communication.
  • Make sure relevant administrative procedures are carried out correctly and efficiently in accordance with company policies.
  • Oversee and manage administrative processes and procedures, ensuring these are executed and completed efficiently and in accordance with corporate policy
  • Manage, and support the employee lifecycle (recruitment, orientation, and onboarding, retention, and offboarding). Provide coaching and performance feedback, supporting professional growth, training, and development
  • Ensures an inclusive and collaborative work environment that is aligned with KDP values and policies
  • Collaborate closely with Associate Managers and leaders across the territory and country to promote synergy

Total Rewards:

CAD $73,900.00 - $95,700.00 annually
  • Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors.
  • Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility.
