  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CPA certification preferred, or progress towards it is acceptable.

  • Excellent analytical capabilities, particularly with US GAAP.

Responsibilities

  • Lead audit engagements for diverse clients with a focus on M&A, IPO readiness, and SEC reporting.
  • Manage financial planning processes including budgeting and forecasting for client portfolios.
  • Support revenue recognition initiatives and consolidation efforts for multiple entities.
  • Oversee system implementations to enhance financial reporting accuracy and efficiency.
  • Coordinate carve-outs and financial analyses as part of transaction advisory services.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of Audit experience in Big4/Top10 CPA firm
    • This includes a minimum of 2-3 busy seasons
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification, or progress towards, is preferred
  • Strong communication and report writing skills
  • Excellent analytical skills including proficient in US GAAP
  • Distinguished management and leadership skills, motivated by challenges and team work
