Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Associate, Investment Sales at TerraCRG located in Brooklyn, NY. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to commercial property investment sales, including market analysis, property valuation, client management, and deal negotiation.
- On-site in the TerraCRG office at 634 Dean Street, Brooklyn, NY
- You will develop your professional expertise in business development through structured training sessions, real-time on the job training, and industry leader observation.

Qualifications- Must secure and maintain a New York State real estate license; Salesperson or Associate Broker (not required for interview process)
- Must be comfortable with hands-on sales and marketing activities including extensive cold calling
- Market Analysis, Property Valuation, and Deal Negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of the commercial real estate industry
- Client Management and Relationship Building
- Financial Modeling and Analytical Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related field
- Experience in investment sales or commercial real estate industry
- Must be coachable and receptive to feedback
- Must be a team player with integrity
- Must have superb organization skills, proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
