Pay Range $145,300.00-$210,800.00+ Annual
Are you an experienced senior living Administrator ready to take the next step toward becoming an Executive Director?This is a highly mobile leadership opportunity. You must be willing to travel across the Lifespace portfolio, accept temporary assignments, including serving as an interim Executive Director and relocating for a permanent Executive Director position when the right opportunity becomes available.
What You'll Do- Partner with Executive Directors to lead day-to-day community operations.
- Serve in temporary/interim Executive Director assignments across Lifespace communities as business needs arise.
- Lead and develop department directors and community teams.
- Oversee operational performance, budgets, P&L, quality, compliance, and resident experience.
- Partner with Sales to support occupancy and revenue goals.
- Lead team member and resident engagement initiatives.
- Manage complex operational challenges and enterprise-wide projects.
- Build the experience and leadership capabilities needed to become a successful Executive Director.
What We're Looking For- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in senior living.
- Leadership experience with P&L responsibility, budgets, and multiple departments or teams.
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, gerontology, hospitality, or related field; master's preferred.
- LNHA/Nursing Home Administrator experience strongly preferred.
- Life Plan Community/CCRC experience highly preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively and accept temporary assignments across Lifespace communities.
- Willingness to relocate for a permanent Executive Director opportunity.
