Are you an experienced senior living Administrator ready to take the next step toward becoming an Executive Director?

This is a highly mobile leadership opportunity. You must be willing to travel across the Lifespace portfolio, accept temporary assignments, including serving as an interim Executive Director and relocating for a permanent Executive Director position when the right opportunity becomes available.

What You'll Do
  • Partner with Executive Directors to lead day-to-day community operations.
  • Serve in temporary/interim Executive Director assignments across Lifespace communities as business needs arise.
  • Lead and develop department directors and community teams.
  • Oversee operational performance, budgets, P&L, quality, compliance, and resident experience.
  • Partner with Sales to support occupancy and revenue goals.
  • Lead team member and resident engagement initiatives.
  • Manage complex operational challenges and enterprise-wide projects.
  • Build the experience and leadership capabilities needed to become a successful Executive Director.


What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in senior living.
  • Leadership experience with P&L responsibility, budgets, and multiple departments or teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, gerontology, hospitality, or related field; master's preferred.
  • LNHA/Nursing Home Administrator experience strongly preferred.
  • Life Plan Community/CCRC experience highly preferred.
  • Willingness to travel extensively and accept temporary assignments across Lifespace communities.
  • Willingness to relocate for a permanent Executive Director opportunity.
