Alliance Equine Health Care offers a collaborative, relationship-centered environment in the heart of Chester County horse country.
What You'll Do- Provide well-rounded ambulatory care: preventative medicine, dentistry, sports medicine, internal medicine, and integrative therapies
- Work with a diverse caseload-from performance horses to companions
- Build meaningful relationships with engaged, respectful clients
Schedule & Support- 4-day work week Appointments typically 9 AM - 4 PM
- Light emergency caseload (just 11 weekday after-hours calls in 2025!)
- Shared on-call (≈1:6 weekends) with recovery time built in
- Dedicated assistants + experienced administrative team

Who We're Looking For- A veterinarian who values preventative care, client relationships, and teamwork
- Interest in dentistry is a plus

- Licensed or eligible in Pennsylvania
