General Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Associate Director of Program Management reporting into the Chief of Staff to the North America General Manager. This role is responsible for driving and managing key cross-functional projects across North America, ensuring disciplined execution of project plans, timelines, and deliverables aligned with the company's strategic priorities. The ideal candidate brings experience in a consulting or advisory environment, with demonstrated ability to help translate business challenges into structured, executable programs - and a proven ability to manage and deliver digital and AI-enabled initiatives at scale.

A critical capability for this role is the ability to connect the dots between brand strategy and on-the-ground execution: taking what is defined at the headquarter level and ensuring it is actively reflected in field execution across North America. A critical component of this role is deep expertise in digital strategy and demonstrated ability to lead AI enablement initiatives that advance commercial and medical capabilities. The Associate Director will collaborate closely with North America commercial and medical leaders and cross-functional partners across Medical Affairs, Market Access, Marketing, Corporate Affairs, and other functions to deliver high-impact programs that accelerate growth and operational excellence. This individual will actively embed within key strategic initiatives and serve as a dedicated resource and program management partner to brand leaders and cross-functional workstream leads, ensuring these programs are supported, connected, and moving forward.

Essential Functions of the job:
  • Drive the development and execution of key cross-functional commercial and medical projects across North America, establishing clear project plans, milestones, timelines, and accountability frameworks to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with the priorities of the North America General Manager and Chief of Staff.
  • Build and maintain comprehensive project plans for North America commercial and medical initiatives, proactively tracking progress against milestones, managing interdependencies, and surfacing risks and issues to leadership with recommended solutions.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across North America - including Medical Affairs, Market Access, Marketing, and Corporate Affairs - to align projects with organizational goals, maintain momentum, and ensure delivery within scope and budget.
  • Actively support and embed within key North America strategic initiatives serving as a dedicated program management resource to brand leaders and workstream leads, ensuring these programs remain aligned, supported, and moving forward.
  • Champion AI enablement across North America commercial and medical functions, identifying and implementing AI-powered tools and workflows that improve productivity, decision-making, and customer engagement, and partnering with relevant teams to scale adoption.
  • Support digital initiatives, including digital channel strategy, omnichannel execution, and emerging promotional technologies to advance the North America commercial and medical agenda.
  • Closely monitor and track project schedules toward milestones and issue status reports, including assessment of critical path activities. Deliver objective assessment of progress and potential risks.
  • Partner with NA GM Chief of Staff to ensure that project teams perform optimally within the framework of a specific project by preparing and harmonizing the relevant processes, both in terms of content and adherence to timelines.
  • Support the resolution of complex problems by contributing structured analysis and sound judgment, escalating to leadership as appropriate and helping to develop practical solutions within established frameworks.
  • Responsible for meeting management, including set agendas, facilitate and document meetings, track issues, risks, decisions, and action items.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in project management.
