This role will report to Guru Bandekar, VP, CPO & Enterprise Systems and Security. As a trusted advisor and impact multiplier, you will translate enterprise priorities into aligned decisions, compelling executive narratives, and disciplined execution across Digital, Cyber, and Supply Chain. The successful candidate will help identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve organizational effectiveness, and drive strategic initiatives that create measurable business value. This position requires the individual to be within commuting distance of Carrier Headquarters in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Executive Operations & Governance- Drive leadership cadences, executive reviews, and decision governance to ensure priorities are aligned and executed effectively.
Serve as Strategic Advisor to the Executive- Provide insights, recommendations, and decision support to advance strategic priorities and organizational objectives.
Drive Cross-Functional Execution- Coordinate complex initiatives across Digital, Cyber, Supply Chain, and Procurement to remove barriers and accelerate results.
Manage Executive Communications- Develop executive presentations, Board materials, leadership messaging, and strategic communications.
Ensure Accountability & Follow-Through- Track key decisions, risks, and commitments to drive timely execution and measurable outcomes.
Lead Special Projects & Transformation Initiatives- Manage high-impact projects, organizational priorities, and business transformation efforts on behalf of executive leadership.
Enable Leadership Team Effectiveness- Improve organizational alignment, meeting effectiveness, talent discussions, and leadership operating rhythms.
Deliver Data-Driven Insights- Translate business, operational, and portfolio data into actionable recommendations that support executive decision-making.
Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of Experience in Strategy, Transformation and/or Program Management
Preferred Qualifications- MBA or Equivalent Advanced Degree
- Experience with C-Suite Executives
- Proven delivery of complex cross-functional programs in a matrixed global organization
- Executive communication: board and ELT materials, synthesis and narrative
- Experience managing and leading work across global teams
- Strong financial, portfolio and KPI literacy for data-driven decision support
- Prior CIO or Digital transformation office experience
- Industrial or manufacturing background with global hub operating models
- Demonstrate passion, dedication, professionalism, proactive and ambitious, and proven execution
- Executive ready written and verbal communication skills to clearly convey ideas, information, and concepts
Pay RangeThe annual salary for this position is between $143,000.00 - $286,000.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate. The pay range will not be below the minimum wage applicable to the jurisdiction in which the applicant is to be employed.
Other CompensationThis position is entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
