The MissionAs the Associate Director, Product Management within AIM XR, you will lead and mentor across the AIM product team, owning a portfolio of initiatives that keep AIM XR one of the most differentiated and revenue-driving products in the market. Working across Product Managers, Product Owners, engineering, data management, and business partners, you will turn direction into coordinated, well-executed workstreams spanning identity, insights, data accessibility, and enterprise-wide scale.
You will build the operating rhythm, team capability, and accountability that allow the group to move quickly and deliver measurable value. You will consistently share the "why" behind the "what," clear roadblocks for the team, and represent AIM in cross-functional and executive discussions.
Your focus will be on portfolio orchestration, people leadership, and outcome accountability, ensuring the AIM team delivers integrated, scalable, and commercially valuable products across IQVIA and IQVIA Digital.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Portfolio Leadership & Direction- Own the AIM Portfolio: Own a portfolio of AIM initiatives spanning identity, insights, data accessibility, and enterprise scale, ensuring each workstream advances the product's growth and differentiation.
- Roadmap Orchestration: Partner with Product Managers and Product Owners to sequence and prioritize work across squads, balancing near-term delivery against long-term evolution.
- Executive Representation: Represent AIM in cross-functional and executive discussions, articulating direction, trade-offs, progress, and investment needs to senior leadership.
- Operational Excellence: Simplify workflows, automate processes, and standardize delivery practices to help the team scale.
People Leadership & Culture- Team Development: Coach and mentor Product Managers and Product Owners, building capability in modern, AI-enabled product practices: intent definition, validation, orchestration, and governance.
- High-Performing Culture: Foster autonomy and accountability, driving work to a high bar of completion before escalation.
- Talent & Structure: Contribute to hiring, role definition, and team-structure decisions that strengthen the organization and close capability gaps.
- Upskill the Team: Coach Product Managers and Owners in AI-assisted discovery, rapid prototyping, and validation, raising the bar on speed-to-insight while preserving quality.
Data Product & Insight Excellence- Insights: Guide teams in maintaining authenticated HCP identity resolution and next-generation, contextualized insights that reveal behavioral patterns.
- Modern Data Platforms: Champion the modernization of data pipelines and delivery infrastructure and the application of GenAI and automation to accelerate insight generation.
- Governance & Documentation: Establish clear data governance, access rules, and documentation standards in partnership with the data management organization, instilling a product-led culture of knowledge management that protects scale as the team grows.
Cross-Functional & Commercial Impact- Break Down Silos: Align product teams around unified goals and foster collaboration among Product Managers, Product Owners, engineering, and data management.
- Enterprise Partnership: Build partnerships across the broader enterprise to make AIM a strategic asset used widely across the organization.
- Business Case & Investment: Build and defend business cases and investment (including CAPEX) for portfolio initiatives, owning a portfolio-level view of cost-to-value.
- Risk, Privacy & Compliance: Ensure sensitive HCP data is handled to consent, privacy, and regulatory standards across the portfolio.
- Revenue, Adoption & Metrics: Support revenue growth and adoption, owning the success-metrics and instrumentation framework that connects product decisions to measurable commercial outcomes with our sales team and digital partners.
Qualifications- Experience: 8+ years in Product Management, including experience leading multiple workstreams or a portfolio, ideally in data, identity or healthcare/HCP-focused products.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop product managers and owners, and to influence without direct authority across cross-functional teams.
- Data Product Fluency: Strong understanding of data-driven products, identity resolution, data governance, and analytics; familiarity with SQL, data structures, and modern cloud/data platforms.

- Agile & Delivery: Deep experience with Agile/Scrum delivery and tools such as Jira and Confluence; SAFe or equivalent scaling experience preferred.
The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $121,400.00 - $338,400.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
