Pay Range:$59.00 - $88.50
Major Responsibilities:- Designs and directs daily operations, repair workflows, and urgent service event resolution for advanced Imaging services.
- Partners with cross-functional teams to guarantee 100% program compliance with radiation safety and state/federal regulatory guidelines.
- Presents HTM performance data directly to local site leadership, Physical Environment Committee, and clinical department committees to drive continuous quality improvement.
- Under the direction of Enterprise Leader - CE Imaging, develops and/or recommend operating and capital budgets and controls expenditures within approved budget objectives.
- Serves as a subject matter expert in the local market, region or state on Imaging capital equipment
- Procurement, assure the data accuracy used to influence Capital replacement plan and project guidance.
- Provides feedback on external service vendor performance, provides insight regarding equipment when standards are missed.
- Regularly rounds with local Leaders to assess the state of Service provided, adjusting accordingly.
- Responsible for understanding and adhering to the organization's Code of Ethical Conduct and for ensuring that personal actions, and the actions of employees supervised, comply with the policies, regulations and laws applicable to the organization's business.
- Selects, coaches, and develops team(s). Sets clear expectations to inspire and motivate the team. Manages performance by recognizing achievement, providing feedback, and administering progressive discipline when necessary.
Education Required:- Associate degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Imaging or related field.
Work Experience Required:- Requires 5 years of experience in Clinical Engineering (including support of fixed and portable imaging) or equivalent technical discipline, and 3 years of supervisory experience in related areas.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:- Self-directed and independent decision-making capabilities
- Oral & written communication skills, organizational abilities, priority management, and statistical analysis abilities
- Effective use of power point, excel and other business software
- Demonstrates accuracy, thoroughness, and orderliness in performing job duties
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experienced in leading and facilitating group and team meetings & projects
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills
- Ability to maintain a calm, professional demeanor under pressure exhibiting effective crisis management skills
- Exercises sound judgment in difficult circumstances
- Experience in mentoring and developing people
- Familiar with the structure and functions of Computer Maintenance & Management Systems
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:- Exposed to a normal office environment
- This position may require travel, therefore, will be exposed to weather and road conditions
