ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR, MFIN PROGRAM, MIT Sloan Masters in Finance Program Ofc , has primary responsibility for planning and delivering major alumni initiatives, including the MFin Reunion, MFin Immersion weeks, and related engagement activities. Immersion experiences include the planning and execution of learning trips with alumni and market leaders across a broad range of finance careers providing students with firsthand exposure to markets, career pathways, and professional networks. The Associate Director designs thoughtful, personalized alumni outreach and works closely with the Career Development Office, Alumni Relations, and the Action Learning Office to align engagement efforts with program and student priorities. The role ensures timely follow-up after alumni interactions and develops systems to track engagement, participation, and outcomes.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED : Bachelor's degree; a minimum of three years of progressive experience in relationship-based roles such as alumni engagement, external relations, business development, program management, or advanced project leadership; and demonstrated ability to build and sustain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. PREFERRED : Graduate degree in finance or business; experience working across cultures and with international populations; background in the finance or business sector; or experience interacting with or advising students
