Full Job Description

Join us as Associate Director, Marketing in Wilmington for the New CVRM Franchise where you will play a pivotal role in channeling our scientific capabilities to make a positive impact on changing patients’ lives. As an Associate Director, you will be responsible for bringing a launch Brand Strategy to realization through leadership of market research, insight and analytics, brand positioning and messaging, and integrated launch plans. You will establish strong alliances with other marketing peers across consumer/HCP, Corporate Affairs, Medical, Regulatory and Access partners. Your role will also involve leading defined work streams and brand opportunities as defined by Marketing Leaders, with accountability for the end product. You will define success metrics; monitor and identify continuous improvement opportunities.

This position is based in Wilmington. Please note - Relocation assistance is not available for this.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of disease-state and brand core promotional materials for US HCP and patient brand promotion, driving innovation and implementing key marketing initiativesfor launch
  • Oversee congress strategy, symposia, and speaker programs, ensuring scientific accuracy and impactful engagement.
  • Lead development and execution of integrated channel marketing and media plans
  • Collaborate with Insights and Analytics and Market Research Teams to identify and drive actionable insights, define success metrics and analyze performance trends with a keen eye to optimization.
  • Support the build of a comprehensive disease-state awareness program messaging and materials to HCPs, patients, and providers executing within a strategic omnichannel approach
  • Define and facilitate development of the brands pre and post launch promotional plan and programs, and ensure execution pull through and consistency with brand strategy
  • Partner with sales team to drive growth of in line business
  • Responsible for handling multiple program budgets, timelines, processes, and procedures
  • Manage partner agency relationships, workflow, and related expense budgets
  • Identify innovative approaches to address market challenges; contribute to the evolution of brand strategies and tactical plans.
