About The Role

Serving as the lead marketing partner to the Enterprise Sales team, this role will help build influence and drive growth with our agency holding company partners. This is a hands-on opportunity for a visually-driven, design-minded strategic storyteller who can translate business priorities into clear, compelling narratives grounded in the People Inc. brand.


Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead Enterprise Agency Marketing: Own the strategy and day-to-day execution of Enterprise Agency Marketing in close partnership with Enterprise Sales, serving as the team’s  primary marketing partner across our agency holding company partnerships
  • Agency-Specific Marketing Materials: Lead the creation of targeted presentations, narratives, and supporting materials that deliver against each agency partner’s priorities
  • Enterprise Narratives: Develop scalable, enterprise-level People Inc. narratives that translate our value into clear, visually compelling presentations, one-sheets, and related sales materials
  • Brand Stewardship: Help define and communicate the People Inc. brand across every enterprise and agency-facing touchpoint, ensuring its strengths, voice, and visual identity are clear and consistent
  • Enterprise Marketing Resources: Own and evolve the central enterprise resource for People Inc.’s strongest stories, proof points, and premium opportunities
  • Agency Activations: Plan and execute light agency activations, presentations, lunch-and-learns, roadshows, and related experiences, as needed
  • Partner Across People Inc.: Build strong relationships across People Inc.’s brands, teams, and functions to develop a deep understanding of the business and bring the full value of People Inc. to the marketplace
  • The Role’s Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements:


Education:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree 


Experience:
6–8 years of relevant experience in brand strategy, creative strategy, enterprise marketing, or sales marketing, with a track record of translating complex ideas into compelling visual stories. Experience at a branding or creative agency is a plus.


Specific Knowledge, Skills, Certifications, and Abilities:

  • Excellent storytelling skills with an ability to execute visually impactful presentations (fluent in Google Slides, Keynote and PowerPoint)
  • Strong understanding of branding, design principles, and visual hierarchy
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to serve as a trusted partner to Sales and tailor messages for different audiences, 
  • Strong understanding of the advertising and media landscape, with the ability to quickly learn the priorities, structures, and ways of working of agency holding company partners
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and remain poised under pressure

Pay Range

Salary: New York: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00

The pay range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position and may change in the future. Actual pay may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of People Inc's total compensation package for employees.
