Job Description:We welcome remote candidates based in the continental United StatesAs an Associate Director of Analytics Strategy and Transformation, you will develop strategic and tactical evaluations of a client's current state across digital media, data strategy, analytics, and customer experience. Sitting within our Digital Business Transformation group, you will deliver assessments and recommendations that help clients navigate a changing ecosystem, including AI and privacy readiness, discoverability, and evolving AdTech/MarTech, while positioning stakeholders to drive meaningful change. This is an exciting strategic role that drives thought leadership and high-end consulting services for our clients.
Successful candidates typically bring agency, consulting, or related experience in digital marketing, analytics, data strategy, and/or MarTech solutions, including experience developing strategic evaluations, analyzing and sizing opportunities, and synthesizing business objectives and marketing capabilities.
Key responsibilities include:- Managing analytics transformation initiatives for clients through long-term, multi-phase programs
- Conducting thorough audits and assessments of digital marketing and analytics infrastructure, processes, strategies, and readiness to expand
- Evaluating clients' AI analytics readiness, including data foundations, governance, and organizational capacity to adopt AI-driven measurement and insights
- Analyzing data collection methods, technology stack, and data quality to gauge effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
- Developing and delivering transformation priorities and roadmap objectives, including outlining timelines, milestones, and resource requirements that cover a broad range of digital activation and measurement strategies:
- Synthesizing transformation priorities and presenting recommendations to cross-functional teams, including Marketing, IT, Data Strategy, Analytics, Agency Partners, and Executive Leadership
- Collaborating across teams to shape digital experience analytics strategy, with a strong grasp of the tactics (site, app, and customer journey data) that drive optimization and personalization
- Articulating how privacy-enhanced technologies (data clean rooms, consent management platforms, server-side technology, etc.) and addressable activation (identity targeting, closed ecosystems, RMNs, etc.) align to future client objectives
- Connecting data strategy, audience creation, media activation, measurement, creative and customer experience within the transformation plan
- Collaborating with stakeholders to communicate transformation initiatives' vision, objectives, and benefits to gain organizational buy-in
- Ensuring alignment with industry best practices, emerging trends, and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Delivering ongoing consulting guidance to clients within retainer or project work
- Delivering thought leadership through webinars, blog posts, QBRs, and industry publications
- Developing relationships with current and potential clients by sharing thought leadership POVs and identifying project opportunities to pursue
You Have:- 5+ years of digital data, analytics, marketing technology, or related experience in a media agency, consulting firm, AdTech/MarTech organization, in-house marketing team, or similar environment
- 3+ years of client advisory, customer success, account management, or program management experience
- Demonstrated experience applying digital marketing principles, platforms, technologies, and tactics across channels, including social media, programmatic and connected TV (CTV), search (SEM/SEO/GEO), email marketing, and analytics
- Experience with or the ability to quickly learn advanced digital marketing capability solutions, such as identity management platforms, data clean rooms, customer data platforms, and AI analytics capabilities (preferred)
- Ability to work with technical and non-technical client teams to develop solution designs and requirements
- Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to tailor messages for technical and non-technical audiences
The annual salary range for this position is $94,000-$150,000. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
