Overview
Omnicom Health Market Access (OHMA) is seeking an Associate Director, Analytics Client Success to join the recently formed Digital & Analytics team. This is client-facing consulting role responsible for leading analytics-driven payer access initiatives for pharmaceutical manufacturer clients. The role sits at the intersection of market access strategy, healthcare data, and client relationship management.

This individual will manage day-to-day client communications, lead analytics workstreams, and translate complex healthcare datasets into clear business insights that inform coverage strategy, field pull-through, and commercialization decisions. The position requires strong understanding of payer dynamics, pharmaceutical market access, and data-driven decision making.

This is a hybrid account and analytics consulting role responsible for both execution and client ownership.

Responsibilities
Client & Account Leadership
Serve as primary day-to-day contact for pharmaceutical manufacturer clients

Lead recurring client meetings, status updates, and deliverable reviews

Translate business questions into analytical approaches and outputs

Manage expectations, timelines, and deliverable scope across multiple stakeholders

Build trusted relationships with brand, market access, and field leadership teams

Support Senior Director in strategic discussions and growth opportunities

Analytics Workstream Leadership
Lead execution of analytics programs including:
Coverage and formulary monitoring

Market access dashboards and reporting

HCP targeting and segmentation

Pull-through performance analytics

Payer opportunity identification

Interpret outputs from complex healthcare datasets and identify actionable insights

Partner with analytics and engineering teams to ensure correct methodology and outputs

Conduct quality control and validation of datasets and reporting

Data Translation & Strategy Support
Support development of access insights and messaging under guidance of senior leadership

Help clients understand basic payer coverage concepts, restrictions, and utilization patterns

Connect analytics findings to practical field or account planning use cases

Assist in development of presentations, summaries, and client-ready materials

Cross-Functional Project Management
Coordinate across strategy, analytics, engineering, and creative teams

Manage project timelines, dependencies, and deliverables

Ensure compliance and documentation standards are met

Identify risks early and proactively drive resolution

Required Qualifications
3-5+ years experience in pharmaceutical market access, healthcare consulting, or payer analytics

Prior client-facing consulting experience (agency, consulting firm, or manufacturer support vendor)

Demonstrated ownership of projects and client relationships

Experience leading multi-stakeholder workstreams

Ability to translate data into business implications

Strong client communication and presentation skills

Executive presence with commercial pharma stakeholders

High organization and project management ability

Comfortable working in ambiguous environments

Ability to manage multiple concurrent programs

Preferred Qualifications
Market access consulting (agency, HEOR consulting, access strategy firm, or commercialization vendor)

Experience with market access datasets such as:
Claims data (e.g., Komodo, Symphony, IQVIA)

Coverage/formulary data (e.g., MMIT, Fingertip Formulary)

TRx/NBRx data (IQVIA, Symphony)

HCP targeting or segmentation analytics

Understanding of payer coverage policy, PA/ST restrictions, and reimbursement dynamics

Experience supporting field pull-through or access execution teams (KAMs, FAMs, sales ops)
$128,000 - $150,000

Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom's corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
