Full Job Description
We are looking for an Associate Director, Accounts to join our rapidly growing team of college and youth marketing enthusiasts. As an Associate Director, Accounts, you will actively contribute to the success of client projects, playing a key role in all disciplines from strategic development to execution. Key Responsibilities: 3 Exceptional understanding of each client's business, marketing goals, and program objectives 3 Apply marketing savvy and strategic thinking to solve unique business challenges for our clients 3 Effortlessly partner and work cross-functionally with Next Gen Client Services, Production, Digital, and University Relations teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns 3 Manage daily workflow and serve as the primary, day-to-day point of contact for clients 3 Provide comprehensive reporting that clearly demonstrates program performance relative to campaign objectives 3 Mentor direct reports to create best in class team. Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Compensation decisions are dependent on circumstances of each role
