Associate Dentist

Your Role
Provide comprehensive, evidence-based dental care that builds trust and supports long-term patient health. You will:
Diagnose conditions, develop treatment plans, and perform procedures within your training and scope of practice.
Educate patients about treatment options and preventive care.
Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and treatment coordinators to deliver a positive patient experience.
Maintain accurate documentation and uphold clinical and safety standards.
Support fellow team members and provide care across KDP locations as needed.
What You Bring
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
Active Wisconsin dental license in good standing, DEA registration, and current CPR certification.
Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and a patient-centered approach.
A collaborative mindset and commitment to continued learning.
Willingness and ability to work at multiple KDP offices in the Milwaukee area as needed.
