General Overviewis seeking a
General Dentist to join our thriving, technology-driven practice in
Elgin, Illinois. This is an outstanding opportunity for a clinician who enjoys comprehensive dentistry and is looking to expand their clinical skills in a busy, well-established practice with a strong patient base.
The ideal candidate will have experience or a strong interest in expanding their surgical skill set, including dental implants, extractions, and molar endodontics, while delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care. We are seeking a clinician who is excited about building a long-term career with the practice, contributing to its continued growth, and taking advantage of the professional development and partnership opportunities available.
Schedule:Full-time with up to two Saturdays per month. As the practice continues to grow, additional scheduling flexibility may become available.
Responsibilities- Examine, diagnose, prescribe, and carry out (or direct others in carrying out) oral health care services that are in the best interest of the patient.
- Contribute towards a team oriented and collegiate environment by working with other clinical and non-clinical staff members, as necessary.
- Uphold the policy, protocol, and procedures in compliance with the most current accepted professional standards.
- Improving your clinical skills and acumen through participation in continuing education and training opportunities (continuing education support is available)
- Participate in various community outreach initiatives, as necessary.
Qualifications- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
- Current, valid state license to practice dentistry (License must be in good standing) or eligible for licensure.
- Two years of practice experience, is preferred.
- Other certifications as required by state to include - CPR, DEA, etc.
