Hello...First, thanks for taking the time to read this.
And more importantly...
Thanks for becoming a dentist. It takes years of school, countless hours of studying, and a tremendous amount of dedication (and probably a mountain of student loans) to get where you are today.
Our team genuinely appreciates what dentists do because we couldn't care for our patients without someone who loves helping people.
Maybe we're exactly what you've been looking for...
A Little About Us...Millennium Dental Arts is a modern, well-established private practice that's been serving Goodyear since
2005.
About
two-thirds of our patients are fee-for-service, and the remainder are primarily Delta Premier. That means we don't spend our days racing from operatory to operatory trying to make insurance companies happy.
Instead, we spend our time taking care of patients.
One thing that makes us different...
We're an adults-only practice. That means no busy pediatric schedules, no screaming toddlers, and no running between hygiene checks for kids.
Our patients are primarily adults and retirees who value quality dentistry, trust their dentist, appreciate good communication, and are willing to invest in their oral health.
Many have been with us for years.
They're wonderful people.
The Schedule - Full-Time Means 4 Days HereWe're looking for someone who wants to become part of our practice for the long haul.
Full-time at our practice is four days per week - not five.Ideally, your regular schedule would include
Mondays and Fridays, plus two additional weekdays.
You'll have the stability and earning potential of a full-time position while maintaining a four-day clinical schedule.
What You'll Be DoingIf you enjoy practicing comprehensive dentistry...
...you'll probably love it here.
We perform:
- Crowns & bridges
- Restorative dentistry
- Cosmetic dentistry
- Implant dentistry
- Invisalign
- Treatment planning
- Comprehensive adult care
- Digital dentistry
Our office is equipped with
CBCT, digital scanners, and modern technology, allowing you to provide excellent care while practicing efficiently.
If you like slowing down, communicating with patients, building relationships, and doing quality dentistry instead of simply patching holes...
...we should probably talk.
Who We're Looking ForClinical skills matter.
But personality matters just as much.
We're looking for someone who is:
- Kind
- Professional
- Coachable
- Dependable
- Emotionally mature
- Easy to work with
- Great at communicating with patients
- Someone patients trust almost immediately
- Someone who enjoys learning and improving
- Someone who takes ownership instead of making excuses
We're
not looking for someone who creates drama, complains constantly, or needs to be micromanaged.
Life's too short.
About Our TeamOur culture is probably our greatest strength.
We don't gossip.
We don't babysit adults.
We don't have endless meetings.
We don't create unnecessary stress.
We simply come to work, take great care of our patients, help each other, laugh a little, and go home.
It's a pretty nice way to practice dentistry.
