Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Job Responsibilities- Core Clinical Care: Diagnose and treat oral health conditions; perform procedures including fillings, crowns, bridges, root canals, and extractions.
- Treatment Planning: Develop and present comprehensive, individualized treatment plans; examine X-rays and diagnostic tests to determine patient needs.
- Patient Connection: Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care; explain treatment options and risks in a clear, patient-friendly manner to build long-term trust.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and support dental hygienists, assistants, and front office staff; collaborate with specialists when necessary.
- Compliance: Maintain accurate patient records and strictly follow OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols.
- Practice Growth: Monitor production goals and maintain efficiency in scheduling to support practice health and patient satisfaction.
Qualifications- Education: Doctoral degree (DMD or DDS) from an accredited dental school.
- Licensure: Active Pennsylvania dental license (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Mindset: A desire for mentorship, a commitment to clinical growth, and a "patient-first" philosophy.
