Associate Dentist (DDS / DMD)

Practice Name: Family Dentistry Associates of Johnstown

Location: Johnstown, PA

Employment Category: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Job Responsibilities
  • Core Clinical Care: Diagnose and treat oral health conditions; perform procedures including fillings, crowns, bridges, root canals, and extractions.
  • Treatment Planning: Develop and present comprehensive, individualized treatment plans; examine X-rays and diagnostic tests to determine patient needs.
  • Patient Connection: Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care; explain treatment options and risks in a clear, patient-friendly manner to build long-term trust.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and support dental hygienists, assistants, and front office staff; collaborate with specialists when necessary.
  • Compliance: Maintain accurate patient records and strictly follow OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols.
  • Practice Growth: Monitor production goals and maintain efficiency in scheduling to support practice health and patient satisfaction.
