About the Role- As an Associate you'll own a slice of Dasher Tasks end to end; sizing the opportunity, designing the operation, launching pilots, and scaling what works. Your focus will flex to wherever the business needs it most: new task types, commercial pilots or international market expansion opportunities,
- First 30 days: learn the business, our metrics, and tooling, and shadow live operations. By 60 days: own a workstream or pilot and ship your first improvements. By 90 days: independently run a pilot or market and move a core metric.
- Expect ambiguity, shifting priorities, and few established playbooks. With these complications come outsized ownership, direct exposure to senior leaders, and the chance to shape a multi-billion-dollar new business from the ground up. It's a rare moment to get in early.
- You'll report direction to the Manager on the Dasher Tasks with the Dasher and Logistics Organization
You're excited about this opportunity because you will...- Own end-to-end workstreams across Dasher Tasks, from the first hypothesis and analysis all the way through launching and scaling the operation.
- Turn messy, real-world data into decisions: pull your own data in SQL, model in Excel/Sheets, define the KPIs that matter, and lean on AI tools to move faster.
- Partner broadly with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and S&O leadership.
- Build the playbooks, SOPs, and processes that turn a scrappy pilot into a durable business, and see your work in Dashers' and customers' hands within weeks, not quarters.
We're excited about you because...- You have 1-3 years of experience in strategy & operations, consulting, investment banking, analytics, program management, or a high-growth startup/ops environment, and you've owned projects end to end.
- You're data-fluent and analytical: comfortable pulling data in SQL and modeling in Excel/Sheets to drive decisions, or able to ramp there quickly.
- You operate with an ownership mentality in ambiguity: structured, resourceful, biased to action, and willing to get into the weeds with a high bar for operational quality.
- You put AI to work to accelerate your analysis and execution.
